Minimum Order
Minimum order is £50 excl VAT.
Delivery
There is no delivery charge on orders over £350.
Free delivery on pallet quantities.
For goods in stock, overnight delivery is made on consignments with less than 10 cartons or approximately 30kg or less in weight via a national courier appointed by our company.
Exceeding this amount, delivery takes 2 to 3 days via Palletways.
Payment
Cash payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card..

Credit Accounts
We require you to fill in our credit application form (click here) and email the completed form to sales@seac.co.uk. You can also fax the completed form to 0116 2738373 or post it to our address. Once received, we take 2 to 3 days to process and approve.

Ordering and Enquiries
All enquiries are to be sent through to sales@seac.co.uk. Orders can be placed by emailing seacorders@seac.co.uk, once your order has been placed our Sales team will advise you on production lead times if orders are made to order. If the goods are out of stock you will be advised of delivery lead times.
Packing
Most of our items are packed in outer cartons measuring 320 x 280 x 180mm (full size) or half of this size, where necessary, they are palletised and shrink wrapped. Care should be taken by our carriers to avoid damage during transit. If goods received have damaged or broken boxes, it is important that customers indicate their comments on the delivery note. For returns procedure, see next point.
Returns
(8.3 in Terms & Conditions)
Any claim for incorrect or damaged goods should be notified to SEAC within 7 days from the date of delivery. Where the defect was not apparent on reasonable inspection, notification should be within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect.
